                              Open House
Lisenby will have an open house on Monday, September 8, 2008 from 6:00 until 7:00. The purpose will be to visit the classrooms in order to discuss the new reading program and the math program at Lisenby School.
 FEDERAL CARDS
Federal cards will be sent home on September 29, 2008. Please return the card as soon as possible. Our school will receive funding from this survey and every parent is required to complete this information.
                   Important  Information
Buses load and unload in front of the school. Parents should park in the visitors parking spaces that have been provided at all times during the day. Please remember not to pass any bus that is loading or unloading students. Car riders should load and unload at the side entrance (Spring Lake Bend) from 7:00-7:50 in the mornings and from 3:00-3:15 in the afternoons. Parents may park and come in to pick-up their children at any time. We appreciate your continued support to keep our children safe.
                               Blood Drive
Lisenby will have a blood drive on Friday, September 5, 2008, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Please consider donating blood at Lisenby Elementary School.
                          Parent Conferences
Parents will be contacted by the teachers with a time for a conference on one of the following dates: September 15, September 16, and September 17.
                                     PTO
We have had a wonderful response to our PTO membership. Our top membership class will be announced at our next PTO meeting and rewarded with a pizza party. The cost is $5.00 per family. Thank you so much to our volunteers who have served fresh fruits and vegetables for snack. If you would like to help, please give us a call. Even if you have only a few hours to spare, we need the help and our students are really enjoying their snacks! Vonda Guinn, PTO President
