Carroll High School's JROTC program is all about training and motivating.

Our motto is "Train to Lead"and that is exactly what we do. Each cadet in the program is taught to become a leader. They are given the tools they need to accomplish that goal. The leaders in our program always do everything they can to make sure that every cadet is trained  properly. Also the cadets of Carroll High School take great pride in service to their community.

Our mission is "Motivating Young People To Become Better Citizens".

 
        The JROTC Program strongly believes in showing young people the way they should go. We take various opportunities to help guide them on the right path.
