Let's make Ozark City students globally aware. Start planning activities that focus on cultures and people from around the world. Use maps all the time! Have students practice placing cities, countries, and places on the maps. Integrate this with your literature and reading lessons. Take a virtual field trip. Begin with Skype and you can go anywhere in the world. If you are a middle or high school teacher, take your students to the distance learning lab and meet students and people from around the world.
