Rigor, Relevance, and Relationships

The Ozark City School System has adopted the Rigor, Relevance and Relationship Model from the International Center for Leadership in Education. The model is used to plan rigorous instructional lessons and projects that are relevant to students. Teachers and staff are also working tirelessly to improve relationships with students. Both of these strategies ensure that students learn content and skills to leave high school ready for college and/or the world of work.
