Registration for the 2010-2011 school year will be

March 1st -5th.

Please come by the school office to

register your child.

Children must be 5 years old by September 2

You will need the following items in order to register:

Birth Certificate

Immunization (Shot) Record

Social Security Card

Proof of Residence- utilities or water bill

(Student must live in the Ozark City Limits)
