TECC celebrated Read Across America during the week of March 3rd.  The week began with a special concert given by Mark Seymour.  The children enjoyed listening to songs like "The Reading Bug".  Mark also played drums from all over the world.

 

On Tuesday, The Cat in the Hat came for a very special visit. 

 

Wacky Wednesday was very wacky.  Children and teachers wore wacky socks to school!

 When We Read We All Win!  This was the theme for Read Across America Week in Alabama.  Students and teachers wore Auburn and Alabama colors to celebrate on Thursday!

 

On Friday, each class read The Eye Book and children wore their sunglasses to school.  Reading is cool!
