Eagle Academy (EA) serves as an alternative learning center for our students. EA serves students of all ages, ranges, and abilities, including boasting a Pre-K center. Students are able to work at their own pace and receive individualized attention. This learning environment allows many of them to focus and thrive. That's why we're here!
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide a safe, rigorous, and engaging small learning environment free from distractions to meet the academic, social, behavioral, and emotional needs of students, as well as, assist in the development of appropriate decision-making skills that will enable them to be successful when returning to his/her regular classroom setting.

The ALC functions as a learning organization in which administrators, teachers, students, parents, and community stakeholders share the responsibility for advancing our program’s mission.

We are dedicated to providing a safe and structured learning environment that encourages students to act responsibly and respectfully at all times.

Each student has unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs.

Students will be treated with respect and are expected to treat others in the same manner.

Students will be held accountable for their own behaviors and will be expected to succeed behaviorally, as well as academically, while in the program.

The teacher and paraprofessional will assist students to reach academic goals.

Parent/guardian support is of utmost importance for students to reach their full potential both academically and behaviorally.

All rules are considered important and will be enforced.

The overriding goal of the ALC is for students to continue their studies successfully and to return to their home base classroom, as soon as possible, while providing a positive approach to discipline through early intervention.
