Returning Student Registration

  • We are excited to announce online Returning Student Registration for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year! Returning Student Registration will replace the paper registration forms Parents fill out in the upcoming school year to update student information and sign off on agreements concerning their student(s).

    Returning Student Registration is now being done through the Parent Portal.

    Visit OCS Parent Portal  and sign in to your Parent Portal account.

    From the Parent Portal:

    • Select the student you wish to register along the top
    • Select the Student Registration Icon on the left side toward the bottom for 24/25 Year.
    • Agree to the terms and conditions
    • Select Begin Forms

    Need a parent portal account setup or need to enable additional students to your parent portal account

    • Email psenrollment@ozarkcityschools.net
    • Provide your first and last name
    • Provide each students' first and last name
    • Provide the email you would like linked to the account

Required Registration Documents

  • Parents must provide the following documents to register:

    • Parent's State Issued Photo Identification
    • Current Alabama Immunization Certificate
    • Proof of Residency within the last 30 days (Current electric bill, receipt or electric company letter with your name and address on it are the only acceptable proofs of residency)

Changes in Residency

  • IF YOU CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE HOME OF ANOTHER PERSON OR WITH ANOTHER PERSON, RESIDENCY MUST BE VERIFIED DURING REGISTRATION AND AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SCHOOL YEAR. TO VERIFY RESIDENCY, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING

    The person named on the electric bill must provide their current electric bill, receipt or electric company letter with their name and address on it. (They may bring any other bills in ADDITION to the electric company proof.) One or two documents with your name and the address on them.

    • State issued photo identification (parent/legal guardian and person listed on the electric company proof.)
    • Signatures of parent or legal guardian and property owner must be notarized (requires State Issued Photo Identification.) (Notary at Ozark City Board of Education) You must call Mrs. Sheila McLeod at the Ozark City Board of Education (334-774-5197) to make an appointment. You must bring property owner and the above listed information.

    IF YOU MOVE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR

    • If your address changes, you must verify by providing a current electric bill, receipt or electric company letter with your name and address on it.
    • If you moved in the home of another person or with another person, please follow the process for verifying residence listed above.
