Dr. Danelle Peterman

Dr. Danelle Peterman is a native of Ozark, Alabama and a 1987 graduate of Carroll High School. She is the daughter of Trawick and Lillie Redding and the wife of Frankey Peterman, Sr. for 21  years. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees after attending Alabama State University and the University of Alabama. She received her Educational Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Peterman is beginning her  28th year in education and has served as the principal of D.A. Smith Middle School for 9 years. She has held a plethora of positions in education ranging from teaching special education to serving in various administrative roles throughout her career. Dr. Peterman loves her community and attends Newcomer meetings in Ft. Rucker monthly to showcase the Ozark City School district. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and  volunteers countless hours to various community service projects throughout the Wiregrass area.
