2026-2027 Annual Student Information Update

Did you get a new phone number? Did your family move to a new home? Now is the time to update this information online through the Annual Student Information Update form within the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Accurate records are our best tool for student safety and clear communication.

Parents who do NOT have a PowerSchool account

  • Email psenrollment@ozarkcityschools.net
  • Provide your first and last name
  • Provide each student/s first and last name
  • Provide the email you would like linked to the account
  • Once you have an account, follow the directions below

Parents who have a PowerSchool account

Parents must provide the following documents to register:

  • Visit the OCS Parent Portal in PowerSchool and sign in to your account.
  • Select the student whose information you wish to update along the top.
  • Select the Returning Student 26-27 Icon on the left side toward the bottom for 26/27 Year.
  • Agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Select Begin Forms.
  • Have these documents ready to upload:
    • Parent's State Issued Photo Identification
    • Current Alabama Immunization Certificate
    • Proof of Residency within the last 30 days (Current electric bill, receipt or electric company letter with your name and address on it are the only acceptable proofs of residency)

Changes In Residency

IF YOU MOVE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR

  • If your address changes, you must verify the residence by providing a current electric bill, receipt or electric company letter with your name and address on it.
  • If you move into the home of another person or with another person, please follow the process listed below for verifying the residence.

IF YOU CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE HOME OF ANOTHER PERSON OR WITH ANOTHER PERSON, TO VERIFY RESIDENCY YOU WILL NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

  • You must upload a current copy of the Power Bill for your residence.
  • You must also upload a copy of a valid ID of the person listed on the Power Bill.
