FUTURE Year 2026-2027 Kindergarten Registration

Welcome to Kindergarten!

Lisenby Primary School is the proud home of Ozark’s youngest learners, and we are very excited to begin the 2026-2027 Kindergarten Registration process.

Enrollment of new students is being conducted through PowerSchool. Please read the following important informational items carefully before you begin.

Parents WITHOUT Currently Enrolled Students who need to enroll a new kindergartener

  • Create a PowerSchool account if you do not already have one.
  • Documents must be uploaded before you can submit the forms.
  • Changes cannot be made once the forms are submitted.
  • Please have all the required documents available for submission:
    • REQUIRED: Proof of Residency within the last 30 days (Current electric bill, receipt or electric company letter with your name and address on it are the only acceptable proofs of residency)
    • REQUIRED: Current Alabama Immunization Certificate
    • REQUIRED: Parent's State Issued Photo Identification
    • IF APPLICABLE: Verification of Legal Guardianship (If applicable)

    • VOLUNTARY: Providing your child’s Social Security Card and Birth Certificate is voluntary.  They are being used in conjunction with enrollment identification and to establish guardianship.

Parents with Currently Enrolled Students who need to enroll a new kindergartener

Parents with Currently Enrolled Students will use PowerSchool to register new kindergarteners:

First, you must contact:  psenrollment@ozarkcityschools.net
 
  • Provide your first and last name
  • Provide each currently enrolled student/s first and last name
  • Provide the email linked or to link with the Parent Portal account

Our team will then respond with the instructions on registering your new student.
